The portal now has support

CHADOW now has a support section. You can bring any question to us directly, and the answer arrives right on the site.

What you can write about:

• Errors on the site and in mods
• Questions about the services and the subscription
• Ideas and requests for improvements
• Anything else related to the portal

You can also order paid work through support: mod improvements, websites, projects and more. Everything is discussed individually. Prohibited tools are not made, as a matter of principle.

How it works: create a ticket, choose a category and describe your question. You can attach a screenshot, a log or another file. When an answer arrives, a mark appears in your account menu.

Support is in your account, and there is a link to it in the site footer. You need to sign in to write.
