The One-Armed Bandit and an AIM trainers update

The aim trainers section is now called AIM Trainers and Games and has grown: the trainers are joined by the One-Armed Bandit, a slot machine with its own story, leaderboard and radio. Drop in for a break between battles.

This is not gambling

The One-Armed Bandit is a free entertainment game, not a casino. There are no bets or payments, and you cannot play for money. There are no cash prizes: game points have no monetary value and cannot be bought, withdrawn or exchanged for money.

What is inside

• 100 spins a day for signed-in players, every spin decided by the server
• two leaderboards: the daily run (first 20 spins) and the record spin
• Brokeback Mountain Saloon, an interactive western in twelve chapters with Wild West sounds
• a collection of achievements and remarks from the One-Armed Bandit and Lady Elizabeth
• the saloon radio with cowboy music, which you can turn off

Bonuses

A winning spin occasionally gives a free CHADOW subscription promo code for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days, no more than one a week. Reading the whole story earns a 3-day promo code. A confirmed email is required. Activation is technically limited: a promo code can be entered only on the account that won it.

Trainers update

• new leaderboards from zero, with old results kept on the Archive page
• server checks: a result is now calculated from the run itself, and suspicious ones go to a manual check before the leaderboard
• new formulas in Gridshot and Reaction
• the same targets for everyone during the day in Duck Hunt and the Vugich Simulator
